Brady is a member of the Coquille Indian Tribe and he has worked in economic development for his tribe since 1995. He has served as a senior level executive including over a decade as the CEO of the Coquille Economic Development Corporation, the business arm of the Coquille Indian tribe. Currently he serves as the CEO of Tribal One Broadband Technologies, a business he co-created in 2001. He also serves in the strategic management of Tah Yas. Brady earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Western Oregon University.
Karl has a history of producing results in start-up and operational companies and government organizations in the areas of construction and information / communications technology solutions and services. He built Tribal One Broadband Technologies from the ground up and has successfully controlled and managed that organization to success including positive net income and expansion into the Federal Government market. Karl ensures that all budgetary and quality goals are met through thorough financial planning and cost evaluations, aggressive schedule management, comprehensive resource planning and application of quality assurance monitoring systems. He has a master’s degree in Space Systems Management and Business Management from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics & Statistics from California State University – Sacramento.
Shane joined Milender White in 2000 and worked his way through the ranks to become the first employee shareholder in the company. He is actively involved in every stage of the projects he manages, from preconstruction to construction and closeout. Motivated by new and unique challenges encountered on each project has further augmented his passion for legislative issues and the impact they have on the construction industry. He has met and/or testified before numerous State and Federal legislators on behalf of the construction industry and is actively involved in the Rocky Mountain Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC). He earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Adam’s career emphasis has been on land development and heavy civil projects. He has experience in large master-planned communities both from a developer and a CM/GC perspective. He has served on the Board of Directors for two metro districts and understands the responsibilities. Adam provides leadership and vision crucial to project success. He ensures that all budgetary and quality goals are met through thorough financial planning and cost evaluations, aggressive schedule management, comprehensive resource planning and application of quality assurance monitoring systems.
Doug is a proven leader with more than 30 years of experience in project management and systems acquisitions within the IT and Telecommunications industries as both an officer in the Air Force and commercially. As Director of Business Development, he is responsible for identifying, tracking and closing opportunities. Doug’s strong leadership and mentoring skills have helped foster a culture of transparency, development and achievement directly in line with the broader team at Tah Yas. Doug earned his doctorate in Physical Education from the University of Northern Colorado, a master’s degree in Human Resources Management and Development from Chapman University and a bachelor’s degree from the United States Air Force Academy.
